Commonmark.js ported to Emacs Lisp

I have ported commonmark.js to Emacs Lisp.


It is based on 0.29.0 and almost line-by-line port. It passes all tests :sunglasses:.

My aim is to parse documentation comments in Swift files while editing them (Iā€™m maintainer of swift-mode).
