Can I nest descriptive lists

So I feel this doesn’t work (at least with Goldmark).

    Title
    : Description

Other nested lists seem to work, so not sure if it is the spec or my parser.

Description lists are not part of the basic Commonmark specification. The handling of extensions is up to their developers.
