Audio tag : is there a ready-to-use version?

Hi,
I’m quite new to CommonMark, and not so aware of the extensions and which ones are available. I have seen many discussions about video, audio tags, but I would like to know about the current (Oct 2015) status.

Is there a ready-to-use version of a client-side Javascript Markdown parser that includes something like:

!audio[This is the chorus of the song](mysong.mp3,start=120s,duration=10s)
