A typo in Section 5.2 of the CommonMark 0.30 spec

While reading through the spec, I discovered the following typo in Section 5.2:

begin with a characer

This is just a non-issue that does not impact ambiguity, readability, or anything of interest, really. There are likely many more typos interspersed throughout the text. However, it bugged me enough to post here.
