Why does not start the follow Markdown a new list in the demo and the spec tests?

```auto
foo
*
```

But the follow do it:

```auto
foo
*
```

and

```auto
foo
* text
```

This look like a bug for me. Which of the rules int he spec described this?

This looks like exception 1. of rule 1 in [list items](https://spec.commonmark.org/0.30/#list-items).
