In [No-markdown islands](http://talk.commonmark.org/t/no-markdown-islands/132/22) I just thought about how this could be an extension.

```
!!!ignore
    latex: $ ... $
    C: /* ... */ 
!!!

$ 1+1 = 2 $
/* hello world */

```

This above is local to the page only, but I’m sure it could be possible to create a sitewide header for declaring these as needed.
