I have ported commonmark.js to Emacs Lisp.

It is based on 0.29.0 and almost line-by-line port. It passes all tests 🕶.

My aim is to parse documentation comments in Swift files while editing them (I’m maintainer of [swift-mode](https://github.com/swift-emacs/swift-mode)).
