each with optional [](){} behind the name.

It would complicate the implementations of directives considerably if they would sometimes have to render to inline and sometimes to block elements (e.g. when @name is the only content of a paragraph).

Therefore it makes sense to have a slightly different syntax for block directives: @@@name{}
